Lambert Inspections can answer these questions and clear up your concerns about mold. I am certified for mold testing by Pro-Lab and am member of the Environmental Solutions Association. I perform visual inspections, air sampling and tape/swab sampling. The samples are submitted to Pro-Lab and a written report is provided to you within 4 days.
Mold can only exist with moisture. The source of water intrusion or damage must be discovered and corrected to remove the mold contamination. My inspections include discovery of the source of moisture. I have the instruments and experience to find where moisture is present and how it gets there.
